Contributing to the growth of the greater Charlotte area with the Hampton Inn Matthews and a portfolio of Sleep Inns, dominating the growth of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte area with the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson, and many other limited-service properties under our belt.

Our hospitality and greater real estate developments are spread out throughout the Southeast. With a heavy presence along the i-85 corridor, we are focused on growing between Charlotte, Greenville, and Atlanta.
